Team History

Jim Leavitt coached them from their inaugral season in 1997 through a meteoric rise to the Big East, until he hit a player and was fired after the 2009 season. They really bottomed out recently, but Alex Golesh has them in back to back bowl games looking to build something more. They are planning on moving into an on campus stadium for the first time in their history in 2027.
