Team History
A losing record all time, but have produced over 90 All Americans and have won 18 conference championships. The last 30 years have been rather rocky, but lately they are starting to develop some consistency. Ken Niumatalolo looks to build off a 7-6 year 1, but he'll be replacing the country's leading receiver while doing it.

Peak of Program
In 2020 they finished ranked for the first time in school history, winning their first Mountain West Championship in the process.
Rock Bottom
In 2009-2010 they lost double digit games in back to back seasons while still in the WAC. They threw more interceptions than touchdowns during this stretch and didn't have a rusher break 600 yards on the ground in either season.
Best Ever Player
Nick Nash (QB/WR, 2019-2024): Unanimous All American in 2024 where he won the NCAA triple crown leading in receptions, yards, and touchdowns. Didn't play receiver full time until his 5th year at the school in 2023.
Best Ever Coach
Brent Brennan (2017-2023): Won 5+ games five seasons in a row for the first time since John Elway's dad was coach, setting a new floor for the program. Also won 2 conference championships.
